The rule-based agents look over the school's own records on a schedule and turn what they find into a task for the right person. The AI agents only draft and answer, and stay off until the proprietor or head turns them on. None of them publishes a result, changes a mark, decides an admission or moves money.

How do we get Eduvard?
Eduvard opens with COVORN's Professional mode. Switch your business to Education in the Business Suite, choose your type of institution, and Eduvard opens for it. The owner is the proprietor, and everyone signs in with their COVORN account.
Does it work for a university or polytechnic?
Yes. Faculties, departments, programmes and semesters, course registration with credit-unit limits, moderation, GPA and CGPA, degree classes and transcripts.
How do parents follow school?
In School, inside PersonalTab: they join with the school's code and see each child's timetable, attendance, homework, published results, fees and notices. A parent without PersonalTab gets email, SMS or WhatsApp, and can stop any of them.
Can we bring our existing records?
Yes. Import students, staff and marks from a spreadsheet: every row is checked and shown before anything is saved, and an import can be undone for 24 hours.
Does it work where the signal is poor?
Registers do: installed on a phone, Eduvard keeps the day's registers, takes them with no signal and sends them when it returns. Other pages need a connection.
Can parents pay fees online?
Yes, with a Receivly payment link for what is owed on an invoice. When it is paid, it is recorded on the invoice with its receipt. Receivly is in Paystack test mode until Paystack approves it.
What does it cost?
